It can even kill the bacteria on your tongue to give you good breath. So, try to rinse with mouthwash once a day.

-Brush your teeth after lunch: Rather than just brushing in the morning and at night, try brushing after lunch also! Brushing at work, school, or home can help you have a cleaner and healthier smile. It can also help you avoid having embarrassing food-filled smile moments when you socialize.

-Use a tongue scraper: A tongue scraper is a handy tool that removes the dental problem-causing and bad breath-causing bacteria from your tongue.
